Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Anyway's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
Use License

In no event shall Anyway be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
